I am a Wellness Coach that focuses on simplifying life for busy women. I’ve been a health and fitness coach for 4 years and have found that the biggest need for my clients is help with meal planning and prepping.

Becoming a mom made me realize now more than ever, that this simple process is a must-do for my week to run smoothly.  After my first daughter was born, I struggled with postpartum depression and anxiety. I craved routine – which is laughable with a newborn. I craved healthy meals for my family and knew that the only way they were going to happen was if I took the time to PLAN them out and prep ahead.

Now, over a year later, I am still following the simple system that relieves so much stress and provides me the ability to prepare healthy meals every day for my family.
